Although it is in many foods, there are plenty of foods that don’t have it. HFCS is responsible for some of your excess weight.

HFCS was added to our food supply in 1970. Since that time each generation of Americans are heavier and there seems to be no relief in sight. Did you know that if you stop eating HFCS you will experience fast weight loss and reduce your mid section quickly.

Perhaps the next thing that you need know is how HFCS affects your body. HFCS increases appetite and makes you addicted to whatever you are eating. High Fructose Corn Syrup is processed differently than regular sugar and it negatively affects the metabolism and the insulin levels. If you want to have fast weight loss then remove HFCS from your diet.

Here is the next secret to watching your stomach shrink in size, stop the soft drinks. Regular soft drinks have thirteen teaspoons of sugar. Now if you like the diet version, they are full of artificial sweeteners, which by the way make your stomach bigger. Want to have fast weight loss? Say goodbye to soft drinks and watch your body and belly shrink in size.

Another secret is become physically active. All you have to do is get out of the house and start walking. It doesn’t have to be much, just start moving. The goal would be to walk 20 Minutes per day. Did you know you already know how to lose weight and be thin for the rest of your life? Are you shocked
by this statement? Most people so not beleive this but it is true. Your mind already knows how to provide you with the best path to constant wellness and health and that means an optimal body, too.

The porblem is, we get in the way of our natural process. Both consciously but mostly unconsciously, we sabotagethe paths we should be on. Weplace in our way, very intricate behaviors and schemes that keep us from being who we are and should be for optimal hapiness and health. Hypnosis, and weight loss through hypnosis can help remove those barriers and free your inner mind to proceed down the path it should be on.

Not convinced, yet? Well, for example, you already know intellectually how to reduce your weight, right? Eat right, exercise, and drink lots of water. So why are you still struggling at it? You need to get the message through to your subconscious mind in a way
that it can help you, not sabotage you. Hypnosis can do just that for you, and more.

So, the real question now becomes, “How do I know hypnosis will work for me?”

A comparison of the hypnotically treated groups with the control groups strongly indicates that hypnotherapy for weight reduction is effective, according to the well-researched, Handbook of Clinical Hypnosis, published by the American Psychological Association. The reason: your subconscious mind contains your body image, habit
center, emotions, creativity, long-term memory bank, survival instincts, and controls all your bodily functions like your appetite and metabolism. So it just makes sense to include it in your weight reduction program. You have enough knowledge! Learning to love your body, silence your inner critic, and fill yourself up with positive self-regard instead of junkfood will give you the best long-term results.

Imagining yourself or referring to yourself as “fat” helps create a self-fulfilling prophecy. For example, your intellect knows that being overweight is dangerous to your health. But if every day you look in the mirror and imagine, “I’m getting fat, fat, fat”, repetitively saying that to yourself even when you were thinner, then your subconscious will incorporate that belief and act on it. You will get fat even though you would rather be thin. Like when you are offered that huge piece of chocolate cake from a “friend”, you might feel a little peer pressure, and give in with “Oh, what the heck, I’m fat. I’ll start my diet tomorrow”. Sound familiar?
Then you’ll continue to stuff those uncomfortable, guilty feelings afterward with more unconscious eating. Thus, the vicious cycle repeats itself with more guilt.

We also know today that dieting, over-exercising and adjusting your metabolism with herbs and drugs
doesn’t work, either. They simply put your body into survival mode. You end up in a hostile relationship with your body that feels it is being starved and you reach a point where you eat everything in site over a long period of time. What happens? Eventually all the weight comes back, plus more than you had when you started the diet. It then it becomes more difficult to release your weight later because to your body fat equals protection, protection from starvation.

Your body is not the enemy. It is your friend. Stress, too many fatty foods, sedentary lifestyles and refined carbohydrates are the real enemy.
Realize that we live in a toxic food environment that panders to the overweight majority. And no one said that low fat means open season on all carbos, starches, and sugar. Your body has no choice but to digest and assimilate whatever you put into it. That’s why healthy food eating strategies are best. The advantage to these healthful eating approaches is
that they are good for your heart in the long run. You get all the protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals your body needs to trust you enough to release your extra, stored-up fat. And you’ll have more than enough energy for moderate exercise without having to buy vitamin supplements, shakes or glorified candy bars.

Hypnosis techniques allow you to access your mind’s natural tendencies towards health and wellness. It allows you to tell yourself you are slender healthy. It dissolves and removes the barriers we place in our way and allows us to subconcsiously believe we are thinner. When we beleive we are thin in our mind then we easily do the things healthy, thin people do; make choices thin people make and live the lifestyle thin people live. All of this without great effort as our mind leads us effectively to our goals.
